The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for managing marketing resources and activity for the South West regional offices of this firm. This will involve ensuring effective implementation of the firm's national strategy and identifying and responding to local marketing opportunities.
The Regional Marketing Manager is required to plan, implement and monitor marketing initiatives across the South West and develop a strong understanding of any unique regional marketing trends and ensure local opportunities are optimised. This will include:
• researching and evaluating potential local marketing opportunities and submitting appropriate campaign ideas and costs to the National Marketing Director
• where appropriate manage telemarketing follow-up to campaigns to maintain interest
• manage and collate management reporting information
• develop direct relationships with regional Partners/Directors to identify marketing support required, plan activity and provide feedback
• be involved in the personnel development of marketing staff with the region team including coaching and guidance to further develop skills, knowledge and performance.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of accounting and financial services provided to SMEs and large scale corporate bodies. The successful job holder will have knowledge of all elements of the marketing mix from campaign planning to implementation and follow-up, including direct mail, exhibitions, advertising, seminars, literature production, business clubs and networking. You will have analytical ability to maintain effective budgetary control, monitor performance results and produce clear campaign business plans.
