Our Client's Birmingham corporate practice continues to grow and is now in need to recruit an Assistant Corporate Solicitor.
You will provide a comprehensive service to Registered Social Landlords, charities as well as the Not for Profit sector clients. The work involves group structures, mergers, rule changes, charitable formation/conversions, and company law advice. You will also be involved with stock transfer and PFI projects.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a background and interest in the charity/social housing and not for profit sector.
Team player and overall hands on person.
