The Account Executive role is a 50/50 split role involving reference creation and database duties. It comprises the following daily tasks:
• Working with client sales contacts to gather information on new customer wins/deals
• Completing standard templates with sales information and uploading to clients reference database
• Contacting client sales teams to review mature deals and updating where necessary
• Reference helpdesk - providing clients sales contacts with customer reference information that they may need for new business opportunities
• Reference helpdesk - providing agency Marketing contacts with customer reference information for PR events, AR events, brochures, videos, etc
• Production of customer case studies - working with writers, translation agencies, graphic designers, customers, and adhering to client brand standards and messaging guidelines
• Supporting programme stakeholders and country contacts within EMEA
• Supporting agency Account Managers on projects, event requests and material creation

The successful candidate will have;

An ability to see the bigger picture
Multi-tasker (able to juggle multiple projects/activities)
Confidence (to pick up the phone - we don't hide behind email)
Team player
A base level understanding of marketing communications/marketing functions
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to re-purpose information for communicating in multiple channels
Excellent MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
