Online Marketing Manager

We are now looking to recruit for an Online Marketing Manager to strategically plan and deliver the company's on and offline marketing activities, and to improve ROI measurements and the overall effectiveness of the marketing spend. Reporting directly to the Operations Director this person will be responsible for the full marketing budget and will be a key driver in the company's continued expansion and growth into market areas. The role will involve:

• Working with the franchises to develop new websites and regularly review and update existing websites to improve customer experience.
• Plan and deliver a variety of online techniques to capture customer information which can be used to generate business opportunities.
• Preparing and implementing Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing plans for existing and new sites, to increase visitor traffic.
• Use new online techniques including banner ads, popups and affiliate programs to improve the success of websites.
• Implement relevant tracking measure to analyse the success of company websites (user path analysis, drop off points etc)
• Improving the understanding of online technology within the business by showing tangible results and ROI.
• Presenting business cases to senior stakeholders in the business to secure budgets and project approval.
• Ensure that any online marketing is consistent with overall marketing & sales strategy
• Responsibility for the CRM database system in order to drive effective email and direct mail campaigns.
• Responsibility for all other marketing including PR and advertising.
• Managing a variety of external agencies to deliver consistent and effective marketing campaigns.

Who we're looking for
The person:
• Must have a solid background in online marketing within a consumer proposition
• Ability to also plan and overview the full mix of marketing techniques (including CRM, DM, advertising etc.)
• Must have excellent stakeholder management skills and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management experience and experience of managing external agencies.

New vehicles from other franchises can be supplied and we have access to over 5000 used vehicles.
