You will be both strategic and have a "can-do" attitude with an understanding of both brand and retailer strategies. Bringing the two together, along with excellent shopper insight knowledge, you will devise and oversee the execution of a strategy that delivers Excellence at the Point of Sale. Outstanding influencing and relationship-building skills, both internally and internationally, are essential. Your role will be to maximise through-the-line support for our major product launches and strategic brand initiatives, ensuring Beiersdorf's brands' presence in-store is regarded as "best in class".

Additionally, you will manage a dynamic team through inspirational leadership and also be responsible for managing the relationships with our various creative agencies in this area.
