You will work closely with the HR Systems Manager in order to optimise the company's use of its HR Systems.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:-
• To act as an Oracle Super User.
• To participate in key projects such as employee and manager self service and online pay review applications.
• To play a role in delivering future payroll services and their technical content.
• To participate in the further development and optimisation of Kronos.
• To work closely with the Recruitment Advisor to optimise Peopleclick's capabilities.
• To participate in the development and deployment of systems to deliver added value to the Reward function, such as total reward statements and annual pay reviews.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong background in HR Systems. This needs to include a solid knowledge of the Oracle HR suite. Excellent communication skills need to be combined with experience of working on a variety of projects.
