Reporting in to the HR Systems Manager you will be responsible for providing an expert focus for HR Management information reporting and to lead the development of future reporting. You will audit and check the integrity of data within the systems.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:-
• To scope and develop a comprehensive set of monthly reports for all areas of the company including a high level set of statistics for the UK Board.
• To deliver timely information to allow statutory requirements to be met.
• To respond to requests for ad hoc reports and seek to integrate these requests in relevant reporting suites.
• To develop user skills to the point where they are able to develop and run reports themselves.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with an extensive knowledge of HR and Payroll Systems. This should ideally include Oracle and Pro Clarity. Strong communication skills need to be combined with an ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. You should also have experience of leading projects in this arena.
