This leading business services organisation in Aberdeenshire currently requires a Training and Development Coordinator to join their established HR function for a period of 9 months. You will be responsible for planning the businesseslearning and development programme and will be the key point of contact for all managers for any training and development queries.
You will also be involved in the following:
• Identifying training needs for new starts into the business.
• Delivering and evaluating business wide training initiatives.
• Researching and sourcing new courses to bedelivered internally.
• Providing support to the Training Manager and managing their diary.
• Carrying out course administration and all pre-course preparation.
• Monitoring the appraisal process.
• Updating and maintaining employee training records.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally have co-ordination experience within either an HR or Learning and Development context and it is essential you have strong IT skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. It would be beneficial if you have experience of supervising and coordinating staff.
You must have strong time management and organisation skills and must have considerable administrative support experience within a blue-chip environment.
