The purpose of the Senior Fund Administrator role in Guernsey is to train junior members of staff, to support the Supervisors in all areas and to ensure compliance with all group and local regulations. Other key responsibilities include: management of Capital Calls, Distributions, Draw downs and any other cash flows relating to structure; management of Closings and Capital calls to shareholders; valuation processing; bank reconciliations and liaising with client and auditors for fund related queries.
Who we're looking for
The placed Senior Fund Administrator will:
- Have considerable exposure to Fund Administration of Private Equity structure.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Be highly organised and self- motivated.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of Private Equity.
