Business Intelligence Executive

The Business Intelligence Executive is responsible providing an analytical approach to research about the firm's key clients, targets and sectors in support of the firm's strategy to deliver integrated services and become a trusted business advisor.
This role involves working with the Business Development Team, Relationship Partners and Sector Heads to indentify key business issues and challenges facing clients. It will also involve focusing on future trends and developments across key sectors to help the firm position itself as a thought leader. Key responsibilities will also involve:

• providing client research and analysis
• utilising global resources including on-line research databases and hard-copy sources
• providing quarterly update reports for priority clients
• analysis of the industry and the top players within that
• identification of sector trends and issues
• preparing research to support client meetings
• identifying relevant news stories and distributing these to internal clients

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate with broad research experience within a professional environment with the ability to adopt an analytical approach to research and pull out key , relevant points of interest from information. You will be able to work independently and also as part of a team and be well-organised with a great eye for detail. Working with all levels of the business you will also need to have strong communication skills and be able to work with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will probably be operating in a business analyst role or similar at the moment with experience of researching the market place and identifying new opportunities for growth.
