Due to expansion our client is looking for a National Surveying Manager to oversee a team of between 40-60 technical surveyors in the East Midlands.
In this newly created, unique role you will report to the Head of Service Development and be responsible for establishing and managing a support team overseeing up to 70,000 residential property repairs per annum.
In this field based role (with 2/3 days a week based out of the Head Office in Derbyshire) you will be responsible for developing your team and growing the business in and around the East Midlands in a role central to the future growth of the company within the region.
With a proven track record in surveying and with a building insurance background you will possess the energy and drive to develop your team in one of the fastest growing organisations within our client's sector.
Who we're looking for
As National Surveying Manager you will possess:
• A proven track record in Surveying commercial or residential properties.
• A background in Building Insurance.
• A trade background with recent relevant qualifications within the Building Industry.
• A strategic approach to the management of people and processes.
• First class inter-personal, communication and leadership skills.
• The energy, drive and ambition to establish and develop a market leading team.
