The main purpose of the Senior Para- Planning Manager is to advise and assist the financial planners in my client's office in Jersey.You will assist them in reviewing the client portfolios to meet the client risk profile. You will be required to provide financial planning service to customers by identifying needs and selling appropriate products to meet these needs.Other accountabilities include: training and developing junior members of staff; maintaining a compliant procedure in accordance to the island's regulations; constant identification of risks.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Senior Para- Planning Manager will have :
- Excellent Interpersonal and time management skills.
- Qualified FPC or equivalent and Competent Advisor Status.
- Good business awareness.
- A proven track record the financial planning process.
