The role is very much about driving change through others as the manufacturing process is quite labour intensive. Therefore any benefits will be achieved by coaching and developing others whilst driving improvements in KPI's across the board to strive for "World Class Manufacturing" standards.
Who we're looking for
You will be a Manufacturing Manager with a proven track record of results, particular experience of change management and taking hold of operations that require a keen manufacturing eye and a hand's on approach. You will have excellent communication, motivating and team building skills to influence the team to share common goals and increase performance.

Our client is one of the leading General Manufacturing businesses in the world with a massive portfolio of instantly recognisable own branded products. They currently have a vacancy in Carlisle for a Manufacturing Manager to run part of their production facility ranging from circa 150 to 350 reports.
