This role is supporting 1 Vice President, 2 Associates and 2 Analysts as well as a second Vice president 2 afternoons per week. This will involve extensive diary and travel, as well as visa organisation. One banker travels extensively to India.
As well as this the role will be responsible for organising, managing and coordinating activities around a busy team.

Who we're looking for
• Previous extensive travel organisation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware
• This is a senior level Team PA role so candidates with a good solid work history is essential.
The Vice president is French so someone with a good working knowledge of the French language would be a huge advantage.
