You will be joining the litigation department and will predominately be doing both contentious and non contentious employment matters for mainly SME's and individuals. You will also be required to assist the department on some litigation matters.
You will be required to run your own files and will be involved in marketing and business development in terms of building and gaining client relationships and taking the employment department forward.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced litigation/employment solicitor, who:
• is personally efficient and well organised;
• has a real interest in employment law;
• has undertaken some of their own advocacy; and
• has some experience of civil litigation matters

Our client is small but well regarded private practice firm in Reading.
