Reporting to the Managing Director of the Land Systems Munitions division, as Finance Director you will also have a dotted line into the Group FD. Leading a team of 20 finance professionals you will drive the financial activities of the operation, from group reporting to cost reviews, from supplier negotiations to customer interface. You will be part of the close knit management team and in addition to your Finance responsibilities you will also have ownership for the IT programme across the division.

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will currently be a Finance Director or No.2 within a large, high volume / multi-component manufacturing operation. You must have a strong commercial mindset coupled with solid communication skills, both internally and externally. With a reputation for quality of processes, strategic thinking and delivery of plans you will be passionate about exceeding expectations. This role will require some UK and limited International travel.
