Reporting to the Central Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
?Ï Delivering on set marketing plan objectives through successful self-generated ideas, creative thinking and commercial acumen.
?Ï A deep understanding of creating and delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns, targeting a range of audiences, from theme, to messaging, branding, copywriting, creative design input, supporting promotions, literature, using the full marketing communications mix from web, collateral, events, press, email, direct marketing and PR.
?Ï Generation of new case study generation, press releases and other associated PR, which includes creation of materials, copywriting, liaising with journalists and management of internal stakeholders.
?Ï Ensuring that campaigns are delivered to the set brief, on time, within budget and communicated through to the relevant internal stakeholders.
?Ï Supporting the channel activity through exhibitions, corporate events and customer hospitality
?Ï Following a robust campaign briefing process, to ensure all agencies are equipped with the information they need to create compelling campaigns.
?Ï Ensuring our brand identity and values are communicated in all activities.
?Ï Working closely with a roster of agencies across the mix to ensure they are fully briefed on the brand and key campaign activities
Working with the Intell and Data team to ensure all leads are tracked through the business and full roi is understood for all activities.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment -could by agency-side. Telecoms experience would be an advantage, though not essential. You must be self motivated and able to work on your own initiative, plus be a strong team player with exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.
Key skills required:
Ability to work both on a tactical and strategic timeframe
Ability to lead virtual teams
Good experience of briefing and managing creative agencies to get the best from each campaign
Will be "an ideas" person and have ability to be creative within a business to business environment
Will have excellent project management skills and have ability to run several projects at the same time successfully, with the ability to work quickly, sometimes pulling plans together at short notice.
Will be keen to progress their current marketing career to the next level
Self starter, able to work on own initiative with minimum support needed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on written communication
Confident, professional, assertive yet diplomatic
A team player
Business-to-business marketing skills essential (I, e: targeted marketing, vertical marketing, etc)
with a strong understanding of marketing as a business function and how it contributes to the overall organisatio
