Opportunity to join one of the region's leading advisers on employee incentives.
Who we're looking for
Employee share schemes lawyer. Candidates will ideally come from a city or large regional legal practice but we would also consider candidates coming from an accountancy background, who are undertaking this sort of work but require training up on the legal aspects. We would also consider corporate lawyers looking to refocus their practice.
About our client
Large commercial law firm with a highly regarded employee incentives practice. The team acts for a wide range of clients from one man bands up to FTSE300 companies. 50% of the practice involves advising companies on their pay structures and achieving their business objectives through tax efficient reward structures. The remaining element of the practice is supporting the corporate teams on transactional deals from PE deals, M&A, takeovers to the setting up of new subsidiaries etc.
