This well known Management Consultancy is looking for an Organisation & Process Change Consultant to work for the National Security Team based in Gloucester. This firm has extensive experience of the national security market, addressing problems that affect the ability of firms to protect national interest at home and overseas.
This team provides advice to clients on allorganisation and processrelated issues associated with large scale change in this area. There is a specific emphasis on:
• business process analysis and design to ensure that organisations can deliver performance improvements through the introduction of new technology or major transformation
• organisation design and development including projects related to role clarity, performance management, organisation culture and employee development
Asan Operations& Process ChangeConsultant you will plan, design and deliver multi-stream projects, and must be willing to provide an advisory role to a range of Business Consulting projects. You will be able to build and manage relationships with clients at board level, leveraging relationships to achieve goals. Your success will be dependent on your ability to work with clients and their staff to ensure that performance is improved through the introduction of processes and measurement mechanisms.
Typical projects will include stakeholder analysis, data gathering and analysis, data and process development, organisation design and development of reporting mechanisms.
Who we're looking for
You will have an excellent academic record from a good university, but just as important is demonstrable expertise in a relevant consulting or technology area, strong client facing skills and evidence of continued career progression.
We require experienced consultants with a proven track record in:
• delivery capability either on multi solution engagements or stand-aloneorganisation and processengagements
• managing theprocess and organisationaspects of major transformation programmes
• process mapping, process re-engineering, cost analysis experience
• contributing to bid opportunities and solution development process
• client facing experience
• solid industry experience
• working in a team environment, building strong relationships at all levels both internally and with clients
Lean six sigma expertise would be highly beneficial.
Expertise in Intelligence will be of great benefit for the more senior level
