The Sales and Service Manager works closely with the Retail Branch Manager to support the smooth running of the branch to ensure services are being delivered in accordance with the customers' needs and wishes. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor ensuring that customers are receiving high levels of customer service. You will be responsible for coaching staff to consider customer's current and future circumstances and to maintain a focus on operational integrity. You will monitor the branch's performance against the sales plan and make changes if necessary.

To succeed as a Sales and Service Manager, you will have a consistently positive attitude, remaining calm even when under heavy pressure. There are opportunities to develop good working relationships with others and you are likely to enjoy relating to others. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will be highly focused on achieving your goals, with a dependable and well-organised approach.

branch performance
• Effectively takes account of conflicting priorities, choosing how
best to allocate tasks
• Follows guidelines and ensures operational standards and
procedures are adhered to
• Will identify coaching and training needs, suggesting different
approaches and monitoring success
