The candidate will be responsible for the Pre Planned Maintenance schedule for gas services, periodic tests, dilapidations, minor works on houses throughout the North West for a social housing landlord covering approximately 2000 properties across the North West. They will manage the Pre Planned Maintenance Schedule, managing a small team of tradesmen and attending regular client meetings with the Housing Association.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Organising PPM schedules and the generally good organisational skills.
• BIFM or similar qualification (not essential)
• Client facing skills.
About our client
The client is a contractor which provides FM solutions across the U.K on regeneration and refurbishment contracts across for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and ALMO's.
What's on offer
The package on offer will be between £30'000 and £35'000 plus car allowance, holidays and pensions.
