To enhance the transformation of this successful and expanding organisation, we are seeking 3 superb HR Advisors to contribute to what is an increasingly commercial focus.

It's an exciting time to join and HR professionals with previous knowledge of business re-organisation and change programmes will relish the chance to be involved in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures and practices to improve the value of HR. In addition to offering a full operational generalist service, your role will include the following:

• Engaging with business partners and providing a first class advisory service on employment law and legislation
• Offering support to line managers on HR change programmes and ensuring changes to terms and conditions are accurately amended
• Aiding strategic business matters and assisting in merger/acquisition and TUPE procedures
• Ensuring the timely delivery of an effective appraisal system
• Undertaking ad hoc HR projects to benefit the business

Who we're looking for
HR are undoubtedly considered a critical factor in the evolution process and are a key business asset in achieving long term goals. Subsequently, we require results focused team players who can strive to realise a long term vision. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills in addition to an excellent generalist understanding and a pragmatic approach. Knowledge of business change within a large organisation coupled with the CIPD qualification are desired.
