This is a highly KPI focussed role is all about getting your teams to sell effectively.
You will drive your teams though encouragement, and numbers.
Developing those around you is key.
Who we're looking for
Successful applicants will have multi site experience in a Retail setting.
Full optical and technical support will be provided as the key focus of the role will be to drive your team to achieve business objectives.
You will have enthusiasm to lead a team to deliver business objectives and ability to monitor targets, whilst maintaining excellent customer and patient experiences.
