As the operational link in a small HR team this role will support the UK business on a Generalist platform and will report into the HR Manager. The key responsibilities range from areas of reward and remuneration to resourcing, development, employee relations and risk management. This is a true generalist remit where you will be liaising and building relationships across the business and especially with the management population.
This role will have a degree of autonomy and will also work closely with the HR manager on a number of projects, these will include areas of TUPE transfer and change management. There is a high degree of variety to this role and the professional services environment will be fast paced and challenging.

Who we're looking for
To become the successful HR Officer for this role in the UK office in Berkshire, you will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
• Relevant generalist experience in a similar environment.
• Prior exposure to supporting managers on HR issues.
• Excellent relationship building skills and adaptability.
• The skills needed to show sensitivity and confidentiality.
• A relevant HR qualification.
