The role as Senior HR Officer will be to set up an HR function for the business from scratch. Currently they have a few procedures for HR but this is limited and due to company growth it is now essential that they hire an HR professional to set the people agenda or the business. This role will encompass all elements of HR but with a specific focus on setting up and running an appraisal system that will then develop into training needs analysis and learning and development.
Who we're looking for
You will have a broad generalist background with a CIPD qualification and a track record in setting up policies and procedures, training and recruitment. Although this is a start up role you do not need experience in this but you must have a real passion for this type of project.

What's on offer
A basic salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits.
