The role of Compensation and Benefits Advisor has a strong requirement for pensions knowledge. It requires an analytical individual who has the ability to interpret data to make it easy to understand. You will be able to manage queries of a varying nature that relate to the different company Pension Schemes and various Reward Schemes that operate across the organisation.
Who we're looking for
You will need to be able to demonstrate your knowledge of Pensions in order to manage general queries from employees that may relate to several different pensions.
Ideally you will have had some general exposure to a compensation and benefits role in order to be capable of managing queries from employees. You will be highly numerate and confident in producing excel reports that you will then be able to present and interpret to senior managers.
Ideally you will be QPA or PMI qualified although this is not essential.
