Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will have accountably for generalist issues and recruitment on site. The role will operate in a dual capacity with approximately a 70% focus on generalist HR at a strategic level and approximately 30% focus on the recruitment of both technical and non-technical individuals. Additional responsibilities include:

• Running of the HR department
• Leading recruitment and selection activities to Senior level

Who we're looking for
You will be a forward thinking HR professional with excellent business acumen who can work autonomously. You will enjoy working in a generalist remit but also with a focus on recruitment. The prospective candidate will have recruitment experience and report directly into the HR Manager.
