Responsible to the Asset and Programme Manager for:

• Programming and Synchronisation of All Asset Inspections and Work in Designated Area
• All Asset Inspections in Designated Area
• All Third Party Works in Designated Area
• Identification of Business Opportunities in Designated Area
• Single A&P BU POC for All Activity in Designated Area

Who we're looking for
• Chartered or near chartered engineer in Civil Engineering
• Full driving licence and own vehicle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with members of the public
• Ability to act independently
•Knowledge of Asset Management
•Track recordin Project Management

About our client
This is a key appointment for a nationwide organisation based from the regional head office in Milton Keynes. The Asset Engineer will play an important role in achieving the organisation's key objectives: doubling the number of visitors by 2012 and delivering excellent standards.
This will involve cross functional working and communication as well as innovation and the development of inspection processes and maintenance procedures. Beyond this the role will concentrate on customer satisfaction and, most importantly, the safety of our workforce, customers and neighbours.
