Based on the outskirts of Bristol our client are looking to identify an HR manager to lead a team of 4 HR professionals with a faced paced pressurised environment.
Working as part of the senior management team at this leading distribution site you will be an experienced HR Manager who can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering HR change in fast paced Unionised environment. As a business focused HR professional you will be delivering a Generalist HR service whilst driving a number of HR projects / Initiatives across the business.
The role will play a key part in site union negotiations, annual pay reviews, senior management development, disciplinary and grievance and performance management across the site.

Who we're looking for
• Previous supervisory experience
• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Working knowledge of the distribution or other unionised working environment
