You will provide support to the Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development and liase with key stakeholders to ensure a proficient graduate talent criteria is defined across the business stream. You will also be responsible for providing consultancy services to heads of departments, and other internal and external clients.
Who we're looking for
You should ideally have experience of working at this level. Good communication skills and have the ability to lead and manage.
