This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to join a strongexisting legal team in the area. The primary function of the role is to provide transactional support to the pursuit function of the UK outsourcing business. Responsible for legal support to specific business units your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating major / non-standard agreements
- Localising and developing model standard agreements
- Advising the business on structure of contractual relationships
- Identify, analyse and evaluate risks
- Advise on compliance within the companies business practices, policies, procedures and law
- Provision of training and updates as necessary
- Implementing legal policies and standards of business conduct
- Ad-hoc legal advice as appropriate
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified solicitor with relevant experience gained in either private practice or an in-house environment. You will have a high level of legal drafting skills with experience of drafting outsourcing agreements. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills ad will be a creative thinker. You will have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a commercial outlook.
