The Bid Executive will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the proposals in the Liverpool office. The individual will be responsible for processing and assembling information for the development of practice profiles, expression of interests, pre-qualification questionnaires and invitation to tenders.
The Bid Executive will also deal with the creation of new project text liaising closely with the Project Directors. The individual will be responsible for the maintenance of bidding material such as filing and maintenance of images and project information in Open Asset. The Bid Executive will report to the Marketing Co-ordinator who may request for assistance in the preparation of promotional marketing and activities.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Management of Enquiry Process
• Producing and administrating enquiry response documents and assisting in the production and delivery of tender submissions.
• Assisting in the production of presentation material for interviews
• Administration and filing of completed proposals
Management of Bid Material and Project image Information
• Production of proposals data such as case studies and resource statistics
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all standard proposals material
• Ensure appropriate filing of all bidding material
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a tenacious, co-operative and robust individual. They will be required to work closely with the Project Director, and at times, on their own initiative with minimum supervision. A background in the construction or engineering sector is preferred but not essential. Attention to detail and ability to use graphics packages such as Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
Of graduate calibre you will have a bids and/ or marketing background and have a proven track record in supporting a bids submission process.
