This Group Brand Accounting Manager role at Mosaic Brands will be based in Stanton Harcourt, near Witney in Oxfordshire. The purpose of this role is to support the brand management and London finance teams by provisioning profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, margin reports and to ensure quality analysis is provided by the Stanton teams. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be managing the Brand Accounting team of six, who are responsible for the production of the management accounts for all the retail brands within the Mosaic Fashions Group. Your main tasks for this role will include:
• The preparation of the profit and loss accounts for all brands to tight deadlines.
• Detailed store performance reporting.
• Detailed head office accounting for each brand including liaison with all budget holders.
• Sales and margin analysis for all brands.
• Primary interface with the Group Finance teams in London and Stanton on all brand accounting.
• Reviewing and monitoring the team's accounting practices to ensure this is maintained to a high standard at all times.
• Improving the systems and processes surrounding all aspects of the team's responsibilities.
• Liaising with other members of the Senior Finance Team and across the business.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified candidate with retail/multi-site experience. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be extremely confident in dealing with both financial and non-financial professionals. It is essential that you have the ability to work closely with others in a team-based environment, as well as being able to take the lead and drive the team forward when necessary. You must be strong technically and have knowledge of IFRS and its interpretations.
