My client is a large financial services organisation based in North Tyneside.
They are looking to recruit aFinancial Analysis Managerto cover a maternity leave for a period of 6 months.
You will be responsible for:
• Proactively managing a team of 5 reconciliations assistants
• Liaising with other business units to drive reconciliation process improvements
• Analysing balances to aid balance sheet reporting
• Identification and implementation of efficiencies within the reconciliation process
• Using Reconciliation Tool for monthly and quarterly reporting to Corporate
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with team management experience. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to implement new processes in addition to driving process improvement and possess strong analytical skills.
You will have a positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
