Interim Marketing Manager - Head of Customer Acquisition

This newly created role, which may be available as a permanent role later this year, will last for between three and six months. Joining this successful, lively and ambitious online gaming company, you will head up the Customer Acquisition and Customer Management/CRM team, will work to develop global affiliate relationships and will enjoy overall responsibility for all promotional and campaign activity.
Profile:
Develops and implements the acquisition strategies necessary to achieve customer growth and increased bet size objectives.

Creates and motivates a commercially orientated Affiliates' team to develop and manage a high-performing affiliate channel structure.

Monitors affiliate profitability by territory and implement commercial interventions where appropriate.

Manages and drives all creative execution in a timely and effective manner.

Creates and manages the effective execution of the promotional calendar.

Creates and implements the product marketing campaign strategy and programmes.

Ensures cost effectiveness of acquisition marketing activity through careful analysis and review.

Ensures all third party suppliers are managed effectively and provide value.

Acting as number two to the Marketing Director you will enjoy a varied and highly commercial brief.

Who we're looking for
Either an experienced interim or a permanent marketing professional currently available for a three to six month project.

Previous online gaming experience would be ideal, although e-commerce experience from another industry would suffice. You will have extensive management experience and will have a broad range of skills, including business development (ideally affiliates) and will have worked, predominantly in a b2c environment.

Applicants will need to have pan-European/International experience and experience of using third party routes to market.

You will need to possess a European Passport and be prepared to move to the Channel Islands for the contract, although weekly commuting would be acceptable.
