My client, an international financial services provider with a significant finance function in the North East, is looking to recruit a Reconciliations Team Leader to lead a small team. This high profile role will include controllership and process improvement focusing on the financial accounts and reconciliations.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, ideal for problem solving. Managerial experience will be utilised immediately as you will take responsibility for a team of around 5; strong communication skills are essential. Candidates that are newly qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA are considered highly desirable.
