An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented L&D Manager to join a fast-paced media company, adding value through Learning and Development programmes. You will be instrumental in the revamp of the currently robust L&D system, there will be plenty of opportunity for innovation in a creative and dynamic environment. Delivery will be a major focus of the role, with multiple training schemes running concurrently. As the only L&D professional in the HR team there's loads of opportunity to make your mark on the company in a very real way.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will;
• Have a proven track record in L&D
• Previous experience of L&D management
• A fun and flexible attitude to delivery
• Creative approach towards design
• Confident with about 60% delivery
• Can engage the client group on a personal level
