• The provision of a market leading end to end Human Resources service for the allocated business(s) employing approximately 200 colleagues.
• Support and contribute to the business strategy,
• Ensure HR initiatives are aligned to specific business requirements whilst operating within overall Corporate Goals and Objectives.
• Work as part of the overall HR team to provide a generalist HR service to all parts of the Group.
• Ensure the provision of an efficient, effective and comprehensive service to line managers, in all aspects of people management in a way which is consistent with the Group's values and in accordance with Employment Law.
Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualified or progression towards.
• general experience of providing HR advice at an officer level
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• Computer literate (Word,Excel,PowerPoint & Email)
• Commercial acumen
