As Commercial Litigator, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients in both local and multi-jurisdictional litigation assignments. The firm in question has an excellent reputation as a 'full service' Cayman law firm offering targeted and bespoke advice for clients. The litigation team offers particular expertise in the fields of insolvency, shipping litigation, banking, employment, asset tracing, trusts and funds. Working on the team, you will enjoy full training in Caymanian law and will have the opportunity to qualify for the Cayman bar. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a multi-faceted role with a high level of responsibility and excellent ongoing career progression.
Who we're looking for
• Successful candidates for this role MUST hold a legal qualification from the UK or another Common Law jurisdiction.
• You should have a strong track record in litigation, either commercial or another speciality.
• You should be committed to relocating and working within a small team, with a proactive approach to learning and personal development.
