Recruitment Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to facilitate all back-office recruitment functions including but not limited to; tracking applicants on IT systems, liaising with recruiters around; schedules, interview times and assessment centres, booking rooms, sending out contracts, producing M.I, costing products and forging allegiances with external agencies and universities.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a professional individual with a solid background in recruitment administration who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-focus.
It is essential that the individual has excellent communication skills and can deal with stakeholders both internally and externally. A solutions-driven coordinator with a flexible "can-do" attitude displaying a positive outlook coming from either an agency background or an in-house recruitment environment is ideal.
