The remit of this role is to manage end to end recruitment processes for a variety of different roles. You will liaise with line managers, discuss job briefs, liaise with agencies, negotiate fees, conduct interviewing and manage offer process either direct or via third part suppliers. You will be accountable for delivering on the recruitment of a number of key roles throughout the organisation and will have the ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have extensive in-house recruitment experience of agency experience in a similar field. You will be customer-focused and commercially astute. A proven track record of delivery in a high-pressure environment is essential.

What's on offer
