• 13 Area Managers and a Regional Support team of 7
• Approximately 200 reports indirectly
• Responsible for a Regional Value Target (and wider Local Business), (Income 60 - 100 million pounds per region plus balance sheet circa 1billion pounds)
• Responsible for Regional cost and impairment budgets
