HR Business Partner

Near Inverness

A true HR Generalist role, the successful candidate will engage with the business and provide guidance and support across a breath of HR issues. This role will support day to day HR along side specific strategic projects as necessary. An understanding of job evaluation and policy reviews would be beneficial.

Who we're looking for
Ideally the candidate will be CIPD qualified, however this is not essential. It is also desired that you have previously worked within a Unionised environment.
