Responsible for over seeing the protection-sales division and driving sales according to time scaled targets.Managing for Birminghamthe Retail Development manager will Report to Management and develop key business relationships. Understanding and monitoring competitor activities and managing the entire sales process to ensure quality sales. Producing appropriate marketing literature and instigating best practice.

Who we're looking for
• Proven track record of experience working in a sales and targeted environment - preferably experience within Bancassurance/Direct Sales market
• Excellent interpersonal skills § Strong influencing and persuasion skills
• Thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements eg FSA, Money Laundering, TCF
• Experience of training/coaching others for success
• Sound understanding of the financial services market and industry, knowledge of Protection Products critical
• High degree of planning and prioritisation skills essential
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Experience of working remotely. Minimum of FPC 1 & 2/CeMap or other relevant qualification/experience likely - to demonstrate knowledge and application of in this field.
