Reporting directly to the Managing Director the Director will represent the company at board level and will have full P&L responsibility for the division as well as the successful running of the business helping to promote business the organisations values within the business and help drive profitability.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will be have the following attributes including ;
• Knowledge of Responsive and Planned Maintenance contracts.
• P & L Accountability and a proven record in a senior management role.
• Excellent Communication skills.
About our client
The client is an established company in the social housing running reactive and planned maintenance contracts across the North West for RSL's and Local Authorities.
