The scope of this new L&D Infrastructure Manager role is broad-ranging and has yet to be 100% defined. As an integral part of the OD / L&D team you will set your own agenda, based around the broader business priorities, to build a learning academy, virtual, physical or a mixture. The purpose of this is to maximise the effectiveness of all learning interventions used within the business and ensure a consistent approach to L&D.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will:
• Have broad experience of a range of L&D interventions;
• Be commercially credible in order to drive the implementation of the learning establishment amongst the business;
• Have worked within or established a learning establishment within a large business;
• Have managed a large L&D function.

What's on offer
