The leading firm, recommended in Legal 500, is looking to recruit a Senior Property Lawyer to head the rapidly-expanding Property team. The team acts in connection with some of the most significant real estate transactions in Bermuda. They regularly represent international and domestic buyers and sellers of Bermuda properties, and have leading expertise in guiding development projects through the land assembly, planning, rezoning and development phases.
In this role, you will be expected to develop the practice alongside marketing and managing a wide portfolio of local and international clients.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates MUST be Common-Law qualified lawyers with extensive experience across a range of Property law.
• You should be familiar with the deed system of conveyancing, as opposed to the land registry.
• You must have excellent attention to detail and possess the necessary marketing and leadership qualities required to head up the department.
• You should have well-rounded experience in all aspects of commercial and residential transactions.
