Private Client & Trusts Lawyer

As Private Client & Trusts Lawyer, you will be working in one of the busiest areas of the firm. The role will involve working with a broad range of international clients in the area of personal and commercial trusts, including advising the firm's licensed trust company of day-to-day legal issues relating to trustees duties and obligations owed to beneficiaries and their parties, as well as the review of contracts and advising on trustee liability issues and trust administration generally. The role will require the provision of advice on an unsupervised basis and the drafting of trust and other legal documentation, which may include coordination of company law documents.

Who we're looking for
• Successful candidates MUST be UK or Common-Law qualified.
• You should have extensive experience in all areas of trusts and private client law.
• You should have a high degree of knowledge in the area of international Trust and Estate Planning.
• A background in advising trust companies would be of particular benefit.
• Additionally, experience or ability in supervising a team of lawyers and contributing to training and development would also be highly regarded.
