Our client is recognised internationally as having one of the leading insolvency practices in the Caribbean. They are now looking to recruit into the firm following a period of expansion and are currently hiring Insolvency Litigators. Working in the firm, you will be advising companies and insolvency practitioners, both local and international, on corporate recovery and insolvency matters. You will be expected to take a leading role in the firm, working autonomously as well as in a team on larger assignments, and will take responsibility in the training and development of junior members of staff.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates MUST hold a legal qualification from a Common-Law jurisdiction.
• You should have a strong track-record either in insolvency litigation or in a mixed insolvency and general commercial litigation.
• You should have a strong academic record, with experience at a leading commercial Private Practice.
