Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Funds Lawyer for their largest office in Bermuda. You will need to take a leading role in the firm, promoting and marketing the firm and services, as well as training and supervising junior members of staff. You will be managing a varied portfolio of multinational clients, advising a blue chip client base on the structuring of a range of innovative alternative investment vehicles.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates MUST be UK or Common-Law qualified.
• You must have a strong track-record of working within Funds in practice.
• You must be able to demonstrate your ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Previous offshore funds experience is highly desirable.
